Robertson Bell is pleased to be partnering with a not-for-profit organisation based in Centra London who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance team on a permanent basis. Responsible for a team of two, this broad role will be hands-on in boththe financial and management accounting for the small organisation.

**The main responsibilities of the Finance Manager include**:

- Lead on the production of management accounts, moving these quarterly reports to monthly, and work to provide valuable commentary on variance analysis.
- Ownership of preparing and submitting VAT returns.
- Responsible for the production of annual statutory accounts and being the key point of contact for auditors, providing schedules and making appropriate adjustments.
- Line management of two direct reports who are responsible for the day-to-day transactional processing and financial reporting, conducting monthly 1-1’s and identifying and providing relevant training and mentoring.
- Lead on the annual budget setting process, liaising closely with budget holders to understand financial requirements, and challenging any data as needed.

- A chartered accountant qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Experienced in both financial and management accounting.
- Able to lead and manage a small finance team.
- A first-class communicator with an excellent ability to build strong working relationships.
