**What you will be doing as a Field Delivery Supervisor**
- Responsible for delivering Biosolid services in line with health, safety, wellbeing and legislative requirements.
- Responsible for Biosolid spreading; and resource and asset compliance as designated across the management team.
- Management and development of direct reports.
- Provision of timely and accurate data and reporting to proactively highlight risks and opportunities to the Bio solid service.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Location - Hybrid, Iver South.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

**What you should bring to the role**

One of the following sectors is acceptable: Water, Construction, Recycling or Oil and Gas.
- Previous experience of planning and coordination of complex resources and assets.
- Knowledge of waste and recycling.
- Highly organised and effective recordkeeping skills.
- Office/Microsoft systems incl. Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
