To support the effective running of their day-to-day operations, they are now seeking a highly organised Administration Assistant to join them to support with internal operations and HR consultancy tasks. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager and working closely with team, including the CEO, this role
will have responsibility for a variety of areas including HR support, database management and client communications.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Database and systems management including to HRIS, maintains, manages, and processes detailed employee information.
- Onboarding and induction process coordination - record keeping and management on behalf of clients
- Referencing and pre-employment checks
- Occasional note taking support to consultants and clients during HR meetings and workshops
- Diary coordination and support for the team including meeting scheduling
- Prepare, review and refresh template client toolkits and documentation
- Special projects or research
- Preparing and tracking communications to clients
- Monitoring shared inboxes
- Represent Purpose HR externally at events and on social media, and act as ambassador to
- Support marketing and sales activities and business growth
- General internal administration and records management
- General administrative support to the HR Consultancy team to fulfil client needs

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in HR/People Operations/Talent Acquisition.
- Positive, can-do and solutions focused approach
- Eager to learn.
- Highly organised, diligent and with strong attention to detail

**Additional Information**:
- Salary - £18,000 - £20,000
- Salary to be discussed on apprenticeship completion
- 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Hybrid role - 2 days working from home, 3 days office.
