At Cleanify, we help people get their time back by taking cleaning off their to-do list. We’re a fast-growing cleaning company that delivers exceptional service to homes and offices across Weston-Super-Mare and North Somerset.

We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and operations focused to help manage our daily operations, so we can continue growing the business while ensuring everything runs smoothly.

**Role Overview**

You’ll help manage scheduling, customer support, internal team communication, and inbound lead follow-ups, ensuring our customers and team are happy and everything runs like clockwork.

You’ll work closely with the founder and gradually take ownership of key admin and coordination tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Admin & Scheduling_
- Manage and update the daily and weekly cleaning schedule.
- Assign and reassign jobs to team members based on availability and location.
- Approve cleaner schedule changes and update the system accordingly.
- Set up new providers on our system and make sure schedules are kept up to date.
- Capacity management based on demand and current availability. Liaise with our supervisor and assist with recruiting new staff members.
- Pre-charge bookings through our CRM.
- Team Coordination_
- Monitoring the quality of cleans through regular check-ins and spot checks.
- Recording quality feedback and passing it to the team.
- Identifying any areas for training needs and liaise with our supervisors.
- Team Onboarding_
- Helping schedule interviews or trial shifts with new cleaners.
- Sending onboarding documents, training materials, and app logins.
- Customer Support_
- Respond to customer inquiries.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure - especially when schedules change or things go wrong.
- Friendly, professional, and solutions-focused.
- Effective organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and self-manage a demanding workload or reactive and proactive work.
- Experience in admin, scheduling, customer service, or operations.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
