**About The Role**:
In 2019 we began fabricating Xena Quartz® worktops in-house; guaranteeing a high level of quality at a low price. Integral to the smooth transition from templating to the installation of our specialist worktops, you will be at the very heart of our Xena Quartz® function in the role of Specialist Worktop Complaints Handler.
You will create a brilliant experience for our customers who have selected our specialist worktops as a stylish finishing touch to their new Wren kitchen. Bright, friendly and attentive, our brilliant teams are focussed on doing the best for our customers. They're the ones with the first-class communication skills and they do it professionally and efficiently every time.
The role of Specialist Worktop Complaints Handler is to take ownership of complaints relating to specialist worktops. The Specialist Worktop Complaints Handler is there to investigate, respond and more importantly resolve complaints in a swift manner, ensuring fair treatment of customers at all times, by completing thorough and objective investigations in line with the company policies.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**About You**:

- Attentive with a strong focus on the customer experience
- Previous complaints handling experience is beneficial
- Passionate with the ability to take ownership of customer queries and confidently resolve issues where required
- Ability to effectively organise and prioritise your own workload
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Flexible with working hours & overtime, including weekends & evenings
- Excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed work schedule
