**Outsource UK are working with a large Retail Bank who are hiring a permanent position for a Claims Handler for their Team based in Newcastle.**
**The role will be paying between £22,500 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Pension Scheme and based in Newcastle upon Tyne North East, Tyne And Wear.**

This role is based in Newcastle with hybrid working available, meaning you will get the best of both worlds with a balance of both office and home working.
Mon - Fri (36 hours per week - Hybrid Working) - 6 weeks Training from Office then 1-2 days in office per month.
You will have the opportunity to join the Insurance Team as a Claims Handler.
You will manage a portfolio of claims as efficiently as possible, whilst providing a high standard of service to customers.
**Key Skills / Experience Required for Claims Handler**:
- Claims experience (or motor insurance experience)
- Complaint handling skills
- Planning and Organising, you can work without supervision
- Experience in dealing with your own workload
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Good negotiation skills
