**Care and Support Workers** **Full Time role available working an average of 37.5 hours per week** **Plymouth and Ivybridge** **£12.00 per hour** **£75 per sleep in (Sleep in shifts on a regular, ad-hoc or cover basis may be available, but are not a requirement for all roles)** - We strongly believe in the need for a good work-life balance, so aim to offer a range of flexible positions to accommodate this, whilst ensuring consistency and creating dedicated teams for the people we support. Please contact us for an initial chat so we can provide more information about our current openings and how we can support you._ We are seeking motivated, passionate and caring individuals to join our friendly team, to provide support in the Plymouth and Ivybridge area. This role will include supporting across 3-4 individual services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We offer a comprehensive training and induction programme and a great team environment. You don’t necessarily need any previous experience, but you do need a caring and positive attitude and the desire to assist the people we support to live their lives to the full. You will need to be a driver with a full licence to support with getting out and about in their own vehicles. The role will include support with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, activities, personal care, medication and looking after all health needs, as well as positive mentorship, encouragement and motivation to become as independent as possible.
