**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate globally to achieve centralised and standardised services.
- Champion the value UKOIT and reduce the duplication of efforts.
- Champion the “voice of the customer” in all forums and provide insight to requirements.
- Build strong connections with customers across departments to seek feedback and improve upon service offerings.
- UK Office IT portal content ownership, including delegation of work.
- Service Lead for UK Office IT Live Chat function including monthly reporting and service improvement.
- Drive the expansion and growth of the Live Chat service to other markets, providing value and great customer experience.
- Ability to provide second line support when required.

**Who You Are**
- Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a large organisation and/or experience of working in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements on Office IT.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communication and be able to work with customers to find solutions to problems.
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced, structured manner to meet tight deadlines.**What We Offer**
