As the **Hybrid Administration** professional, you will play a key role in the daily operations of both these sister companies. While HP Plumbing & Heating is focused on delivering essential home services, House of Piccadilly specialises in luxury bathroom solutions. This dual role offers the unique opportunity to work across diverse industries, combining both customer service and administrative tasks.

The role will include, but not be limited to the below responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Proactively communicate with customers, providing solutions to their inquiries and taking full ownership of each interaction.
- **Order Processing & Returns**:

- Organise replacements for damaged deliveries.
- Arrange collections for returned orders and ensure that the process is handled efficiently.
- Process orders and respond to clients in a timely manner.
- **Diary Management**:

- Use an online diary system to book appointments for plumbing and heating services.
- Manage general diary tasks, including rescheduling appointments based on business needs.
- **Invoicing & Documentation**:

- Create and send invoices using the online systems.
- Register new boiler installations and provide warranty details to customers.
- **Time Management & Workflow**:

- Ensure effective time management, completing your workflow and processes associated with both companies.
- **General Administration**:

- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain an organised workspace to ensure smooth operation of the office.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in diary management and invoicing.
- Proficiency with online booking and invoicing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft office / 365 suite.
