Baby Room Practitioner- 16hours

Come and join our growing team at the Early Learning Partnership**. **We have a great opportunity for **a part time Early Years Practitioner **to work in our ‘OUTSTANDING’ nursery at West Park Kindergarten.
- **Essential Criteria**:_
- Do you have a warm smiling face that makes each child feel special?
- Do you have experience of leading a dedicated team ?
- Do you have the ability to pretend to eat play dough creations realistically. This is an essential requirement along with drinking numerous cups of make believe tea.
- Do you possess the skills required to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people. This is of the utmost importance.
- Are you comfortable entering public places on the way home from work, with unknown substances on your clothing.
- Are you prepared to have lots of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working day.
- Would you like to develop your already excellent skills?
- Finally, are you prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families. There is simply no other job quite like it.

**About West Park Kindergarten**:
West Park Kindergarten has been open for over 23 years and was converted from an old police station into the warm, inviting and popular nursery it is today. We are lucky to have very dedicated and passionate staff with many years of experience working for us. The nursery has a manager, and each room has designated room managers. We also have an onsite cook and cleaner and together our team makes a family. We nurture children from as little as 6 weeks old to 5 years old, we provide exceptional childcare and tailor made education to each individual child. Our kindergarten is located at the end of West Park Road, around the corner from convenient transport links such as Chichester metro. With a community full of opportunity, West Park Kindergarten values its local area and aims to support our families as much as we possibly can.

**Overview**

**Working hours**:Between 7.30amm - 5.45 (shift patterns)

**Qualification**:Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or higher

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £183.04 per week
