**Business Analyst**

**Location: Knutsford**

We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

**The Role**
As Business Analyst you will be responsible for delivery of the change initiatives within the Risk & Control area. This will be the collaborating on file share remediation activates with various business units in the bank.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and technical analysts, to understand the requirements of the correct permission model.
- Participate in requirement gathering and component engagement process and document the functional and non
- functional requirements.
- Be able to support broad conceptual technical design and work closely with Technical Analysts.
- To Create and implement communication plan to stakeholders.
- Coordinate required changes and support identify issues.
- Maintain the product design, ensuring quality and integrity throughout the development lifecycle with mínimal post live issues.
- Participate in technical implementation planning, ensuring that the integrity of live operations will be maintained.
- Liaise with project leads, keeping them updated on progress against milestones, risks and issues.
- The ability to prioritise and manage workloads within tight timescales and budgetary constraints.

**Key Skills**
- A sound analytical mind and able to clearly structure and effectively communicate high level and detailed business requirements.
- Experience with budgeting (forecasting and reporting)
- Experience defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects.
- Experience of mapping out 'as-is' and 'to-be' landscape and undertaking gap analysis.
- Strong business process modelling skills.
- Experience in business change, rationalisation and transformation
