As a Barclays ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst, this is an exciting opportunity as you will be part of the Global Technology System Management (GTSM) function, which is a global team of 4300 colleagues based in EMEA, US and APAC by Ilker Yaman. Thisis your chance to take on the responsiblity for capturing & defining business requirements and ensuring delivery of those requirements, within the IT Service Management function with a focus on the ServiceNow ITOM platform. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern optionsfor the role with the hiring manager. **What will you be doing?**: - Understanding and documenting the current "as is processes" and "to be processes" - Being accountable for capturing requirement specifications for enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes within agreed timeframes - Leading various ITSM customer working and focus groups to influence and solicit requirements - Directing interaction with customers - as well as on and off-shore development teams - Identifying areas of process and tooling improvement, ensuring gaps are clearly defined and assessed, and working closely with the development teams throughout all phases - Coordinating user acceptance testing with key project stakeholders to ensure deliverables align to requirements - Working closely with BA's in other ITSM streams and taking an active role in customer and stakeholder engagement sessions - Taking respective ownership throughout the project lifecycle as required **What we're looking for**: - Proven experience of working as a business analyst to drive out and capture business processes and requirements. - Experienced in business and operational architecture design with a solid understanding of implications on adjacent business areas - Ability to lead complex business conversations with senior stakeholders and able to shape complex solution definitions - Very proficient knowledge of the available business analysis tools and templates, able to guide others and able to evaluate possible other relevant tools and templates **Skills that will help you in the role**: - A broad understanding of how platfroms such as Remedy or ServiceNow delivers ITSM/ITOM to the organisation and able to align business requirements to the specific way these are implemented within that platform - ISEB Diploma in Business System Analysis - Exposure to the following key modules are required: Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalogue **Where will you be working?** You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful greenenvironment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
