**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and daily tasks to enhance their independence.
- Support individuals in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Foster a supportive environment by encouraging clients to express their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A genuine interest in working with vulnerable individuals and an understanding of their needs is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial for this role.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet the needs of clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 35 per week
Shift:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Work days:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Home care: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
