**JOB DESCRIPTION /AIM OF THE ROLE**:
The primary aim of this role is to work alongside the HR Director and the HR team to create in in-house resourcing function. It is an exciting opportunity to create an in-house recruitment function from scratch. We are looking for a strong recruiter within-house or RPO experience to deliver business critical roles within the organisation. You’ll also be making decisions around optimising our ATS, ensuring our budget for social media, job boards, PPC etc is as efficient as possible and, along with the HR teamand other key stakeholders, ensuring our Employer Brand and ECP is promoted internally and externally at all times.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:
Recruitment:
Accountable for the full 360 recruitment cycle including role briefing, attraction campaigns, shortlisting and securing the best talent
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders through all stages of the process
- Developing new strategies to deliver recruitment solutions and meet both current and future needs
- Pro-active sourcing including the use of online, social media and direct sourcing
- Completing telephone and face-to-face interviews throughout various hiring stages
- Devise and implement an effective internal referral programme
- Participate in external attraction events

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

Previous In-house or RPO experience required within a fast paced diverse business, ideally within IT Managed Services.
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt new recruiting ideas, processes, techniques, etc.
- Ability to present new recruiting concepts.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Expert knowledge of utilising an ATS
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.

**HOURS OF WORK**

The Company’s standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 until 5:30pm with one hour for lunch with flexibility where required.
