Interviews for this role will be held on the Harrogate Hospital site. Responsibilities Ensure HR strategies are aligned with corporate and clinical services objectives Champion workforce planning and leadership development Enhance staff engagement and cultural transformation Lead on key projects to support our KITE values (Kindness, Integrity, Teamwork, and Equality) Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust (HDFT) cares for the population in Harrogate and the local area, as well as across North Yorkshire, Leeds and parts of the North East.
