We are expanding our Multi award winning Clinical Skills Training team and we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join us. You will be able to deliver a consistent delivery approach with regards to all operational aspects of ClinicalTraining (including OSCE and Clinical Skills) to our clinical staff.

You will be part of a well established Training Division reporting to the Training Manager, where you will provide the highest standard of clinical training and support, in accordance with individual personal development plans and the Home’s training needs.

You will work across our portfolio of Nursing Homes throughout the UK to deliver the Nurse Training Framework to use in each of our homes, however, our training centres are predominately based around Surrey, although you must be happy to travel to any ofour homes when required

You will deliver clinical workshops and inductions to a variety of team members from our nurses to senior management. You will be given the opportunity to plan and manage the training events including identifying training needs and on-site support.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC pin; 5 years post qualification experience
- Experience working within both a NHS Hospital and Elderly Care environments
- Minimum NVQ4 qualified in Learning and Development or relevant professional qualified such as Education and Training Certificate (EAT), PTTLS, ILM Level 2 etc
- Understanding of current clinical practices through evidenced based CPD and Revalidation Requirements
- Strong writing skills and confidence in communicating where you will be able to deliver training presentations both face to face and virtual
- Willingness to travel across the UK

**Clinical Skills Experience**:

- Venepuncture
- Urinary (Male/Female) and Suprapubic Catheterisation
- Stoma Care
- Enteral Nutrition Methods
- Tissue Viability including ANTT
- Care Planning, documentation, and assessment
- Monitoring and Recording of Vital Signs (with understanding of the NEWS)
- Administration of Medication via IV, IM, SC, PR, PV, PR Routes
- Diabetes management
- Understanding of neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease
- Tracheostomy care
