We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in our busy Family Law Team as a New Enquiry Administrator, based at our Sheffield office. This role will be considered as a full time or a part time role.
The new enquiry administrators are responsible for managing the successful acquisition of new clients from when they first contact Howells Solicitors. Their role is to ensure that each client has a positive experience from the moment they first contact and ensure their enquiry is professionally handled.
The role will involve maintaining a high-quality customer service by meeting the demands and needs of the clients, establishing a relationship.
The job holder will also be expected to carry out all aspects of administration support to the busy fee earners in our family department.
Applicants must have excellent organisational skills and excellent client care skills.
