**The Role**
**Overview**:
This role drives fundraising by developing and managing engaging campaigns and events that generate vital income for young people and local communities. It involves cultivating strong, lasting partnerships with businesses and donors, and creating compelling social media content to boost awareness and inspire support. Success in this role will be measured by key impact metrics, including income generated, partnership growth, and increased social media engagement. Ultimately, this role is crucial in enhancing our capacity to deliver our mission and achieve tangible positive impact.

**Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication
