Established since 1988, we are a family run security company who specialise in intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems for both domestic and commercial properties. We operate throughout Essex, London and the Home Counties. We are NSI Gold approved, with each project undertaken with the highest level of commitment and expertise.
We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our team at Basildon, to oversee daily office activities. This position entails working with a high degree of attention to detail, as well as incorporating new ideas to continue the growth of the company.
**The Role**
- Supporting the day to day running of the office
- General administration duties
- Booking/closing down annual service visits & breakdowns
- Assisting in managing the engineer’s diary and allocating engineers to jobs
- Create and update customer records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Provide support to all office staff
- Assist in the process of quotations & booking in site surveys
- Any other duties as required from time to time by the Company
**Requirements**:
- Previous office experience is required
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to priorities tasks and work well under pressure
- Good telephone phone manner and customer service skill
