Multi Skilled Carpenter Birmingham Salary to £28500 plus vehicle and package **Permanent full time**

We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts.

As a Multi Skilled Carpenter your main responsibilities will be;

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out a wide range of carpentry works
- Works to include general building maintenance including plumbing and general fabric maintenance
- Working mobile across Birmingham and surrounding regions on commercial sites to include government buildings and retail
- Providing excellent customer service when on site.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Multi Skilled Carpenter role;
- You will be an experienced and qualified multi skilled carpenter
- You will hold a Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and you must be able to provide a copy of this or be able to show competency in carpentry skills from being qualified by experience
- You will will be multi skilled able to carry out light plumbing/fabric works
- You will be based in the Birmingham region and be happy with a mobile regional role
- You will be required to undertake a dbs check and must hold a full uk licence - we will carry out a licence check before interview
