**Your new opportunity**

**Clydeside Supported Living Service** supports all aspects of an individual’s life, from personal care to supporting and encouraging each person we support to reach their full potential in all they aspire to achieve.

We provide support to Adults with both learning and physical support needs. Our support allows the men and women that we support are able to maintain their individual tenancies within their local communities
- Assisting the Project Manager with budget planning, monitoring, and management as delegated.
- liaise with other professionals involved to ensure a full and comprehensive support provision.
- Deputising for the Project Manager in their absence as and when required.
- To act as a mentor to new workers, students and volunteers as required.
- To work on a rota basis providing day, evening, and weekend cover as required. Hours for the role will vary there will be a shift pattern.

- Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
- Good IT & communication skills.
