**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-5pm, Fri 9-4pm**

**Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience + benefits**

**Who are we?**

Time to Care is a specialist care support provider who empowers service users to live their lives in the way they want to, in the home they live, in the community they live and have a voice in the way their care is delivered.

HQ based In Northumberland, we manage services across Northumberland and the whole of the North of England. Services range from multiple independent service living developments to single person independent living solutions and enablement packages.

Established back in 2014 we’re proud to be recognised as a reputable service provider and will continue to grow as we onboard new services. We have exciting growth plans in place for 2025 and beyond which will see our Team reach 100+ which is exciting

**What we’re looking for**:
Due to continued growth and further plans we have the need to appoint an additional member to our Head Office Team who will take responsibility for recruitment and onboarding of new Support Workers and additional roles as required.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring that the business always have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
- Designing & implementing a recruitment strategy that ensures this meets current & future business demands.
- Ensure the values & vision of the business are embedded in the process in addition to them meeting legislative & governance requirements.
- Work in collaboration with Head Office Team taking accountability for your role in ensuring shared success.
- Getting to know the wider Team, understanding roles within the business, building case studies with ‘real people’ to support attraction and retention
- Encourage referrals and engagement within the recruitment function.
- Implementing pro-active employer brand strategy that supports ‘future proofing’ recruitment strategy.
- Ability to monitor & report activities to understand outcomes, support continuous improvements & compile reports /MI as required.
- Ability to support Deputy Registered Manager with adhoc cover on the on-call telephone as required (holidays/sickness cover)

**What you’ll need**:

- Demonstrate previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Ability to plan, execute and review recruitment strategy that meets business needed providing pro-active feedback & solutions.
- Competent IT / systems skills (MS Office / bespoke systems)
- Good administration skills
- managing compliance & all pre-employment checks directly.
- Organised approach to work, ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Effective planning & organisation skills, ability to manage deadlines & meet KPI’s.
- Understanding of legal & regulatory requirements that need to be adhered.
- Appetite to continue professional development & sector specific training.
- Flexible approach as duties will vary & change from time to time.
- Driving licence will be essential due to the nature of the role (attending recruitment events/ visiting sites)
- Pass pre-employment checks.
- Full enhanced DBS
- Right to work / ID
- 3-year employment/ character referencing
