The Senior HRBP role offers lots of development, possible progression and you’ll be a joining a growing and exciting employer You’ll need passion, resilience and senior HR experience.

This role reports to the Regional HR Leader and will be responsible for partnering business leaders and line managers to build their HR capability, plan and manage talent, OD and people strategies and plans.

You’ll also contribute to the successful delivery of HR activities, including the opportunity to support regional/Global People initiatives as our client moves towards a new people approach, focusing on colleague experience.

The role includes:

- Partner and coach managers at all levels and provide commercially focused solutions that will meet business objectives.
- Operate as part of the department leadership teams, partner with senior managers to create plans that ensure the successful attraction, recruitment, engagement and retention of employees
- Deliver OD and People initiatives and projects including employee engagement, reward and talent management.
- Partner with senior managers to ensure fit for purpose organisational structures and designs are in place.
- Develop and embed performance management and a talent development culture across the business.
- Review and develop policies and procedures to meet the changing requirements in employment law and to meet business needs.
- Ensure a right first time approach to delivery and support managers to develop their teams to support business growth in line with their business plans.
- Achieve high levels of performance and engagement through inspirational and authentic partnership.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the people function, supporting activities as needed to deliver a brilliant colleague experience

- Strong HR generalist with experience of dealing with a wide variety of employee relations issues
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Excellent partnering and coaching skills
- Strong organisational, problem solving and follow up skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of delivering HR projects
