Construction Administration Apprentice

This Construction Administration Apprentice role with Hobson & Porter will be ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming invoices, checking against orders/price lists and/or delivery notes
Enter invoices onto accounts system - 1000+ each month
Query discrepancies with supplier; request credit notes if required
Reconcile supplier statements for month end and process
Process and issue cheques/BACS payments
Issue monthly costing reports
Maintain and archive accounts records into the back stores annually
Provide cover for Subcontract accounts - Cover Louise’s role including keeping subcontract records up to date and processing payments
Maintaining fuel accounts and records
Answering telephone calls
Greeting visitors
Dealing with post
Managing registers - signing in/telephone lists
Managing meeting room bookings
Dalux printing for all major works sites
Major works/Minor works site packages
Stationery orders, managing stock levels
