RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Commercial Operations team to provide support to individual team members
- Managing performance and ensure behaviours are in line with organisational policies and values
- Undertake continuous coaching and development of the team
- Carrying regular meetings, performance appraisals and ensuring that KPI’s are achieved
- Manage team communication and updates within processes
- Delivering the induction programme to team members
- Perform quality checks to ensure SLA’s are met to correct standard
- Manage administrative tasks and distributing workload to team members
- Work with the memberships team to ensure customer feedback is actioned

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience within a Team Leader/ Manager position
- Ability to demonstrate leading, motivating and developing a team
- Strong user of CRM and IT systems including Word and Excel
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to responding to customer needs
- A proactive ‘can do’ attitude and problem solving capability
