This role will support the eCommerce Performance Team's strategy for FY22, and they'll be working with colleagues around the businessto identify and deliver ongoing refinements. This role is initially a 3 month contract but may be extended. **Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As ourE-Commerce Specialist**: - Researching and optimising facet options for filtering individual product categories. - Updating merchandising pods in line with requests from trading teams. - Maintaining consistency in the product data which provides the options available for filtering. - Providing a best-in-class journey for every customer, helping us become the leading destination for electricals. - Contributing to the conversation driving continual iterative refinement of the on-site customer experience. - Cover the manager as a Search & Navigation representative when they’re out of the business. **A Few Things About OurE-Commerce Specialist**: - Excellent attention to detail - Knowledge of tag and facet management would be an advantage. - Competent user of Microsoft Excel with intermediate skill level. - Self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and must have the ability to solve problems at the source. **Why Choose AO**: Our people are our superpower, and that’s no accident.
