**Role**

To support the Practice, Paraplanner and Adviser's in constructing financial planning solutions and preparing all pre-sale and post-sale documentation. You will be responsible for providing administrative support as well as holding a variety of responsibilities including producing client documents - such as drafting and writing financial planning reports, ensuring this is done in a compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements. You will liaise with product providers and relevant third parties, being responsible for processing new business and servicing queries. You will ensure that client information is maintained and be responsible for inputting data for company use.

**Job Specification**
- Research financial products to meet client requirements and objectives
- Construct financial planning solutions (investment, retirement, tax and estate planning) supported by the production of computer models and reports
- Prepare client letters and reports (liaising with the firm's Paraplanner), taking full responsibility for the client files and back office IT records throughout the advice process
- Prepare client reviews, investment performance reviews and production of supporting reports, discussion documents and computer models
- Deal with general client queries and attend client meetings with Adviser's as required
- Stay abreast of legislative changes and other regulatory issues taking necessary action as required
- Ensure that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Previous administration experience within a financial services environment
- Good basic understanding of financial services service products - Pensions, Investments, Protection

**Skills**
- Well-presented and professional in approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills
- Confident in dealing with clients and third parties working with total discretion
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively
- Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times
- Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team
- Enthusiasm to help colleagues and clients

Salary offered will be determined based on interview and current experience.

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£19,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
