The Faculty of Arts & Humanities is looking to recruit four Personal Assistants to Heads of Department.
Each role will provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to two Heads of Department, including the management of diaries, travel arrangements and the servicing of meetings.

You will be a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent organisation and customer service skills. Ideally, you will also have experience of personal assistance, including diary and travel management, as well as committee servicing.

These posts will report to the Faculty of Arts & Humanities’ Executive Assistant.

The post is full-time and open ended.
