Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes or care facilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being and comfort of clients, and promoting their independence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Utilize basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Follow care plans and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care or care home settings is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Compassionate nature and genuine interest in helping others

Shifts available - 8-8, 8-2, 2-8.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 48 per week
