Essential skills:

- Must a driver with access to a car for work,

Must be friendly, chatty and enjoy talking to clients over a cup of tea or coffee.

Must be able to work every other weekend or one day every weekend.

Must be eligible to work in the UK

Preferred skills:

- Experience in a Care Home or Domicillary Care setting is preferred although not essential as training is provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents in daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the care home environment.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
- Drive to various locations as needed to support home care services.

**Summary**

As a Community Care Assistant, you will be essential in delivering compassionate support to individuals in a care home setting. Reporting to the Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your core skills in home care and care plans will enable you to provide personalized care, while your premium skills in driving will facilitate transportation needs. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.10-£13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 25 per week
