New Claims Advisor

**Main purpose of role**
Due to ongoing expansion, we have excellent opportunities to work for an established Housing litigation solicitor’s firm & gain valuable exposure & experience within the sector as well as development within the role.
Speak to clients who are making an enquiry in relation to potential housing disrepair, make initial assessments of the claim validity & arrange for a specialist to call back.
To chase up any outstanding documents & answer any queries relating to the potential claim
To liaise with housing inspectors as well other internal departments
**Full Training will be provided**
**Responsibilities**
**- **Hungry to push yourself & earn uncapped bonus
- Converting social media leads into appointments so as to help create new clients within our expanding new claims team
- Speak to clients regarding any outstanding documentation and assessing claims.
- Explaining retainer documentation to clients.
- Setting up new claims.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Self-motivated & positive
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Target driven
- Extremely organised
- Excellent communicator with good telephone & IT skills
- Rapport building and controlled objection handling skills are essential
- Able to assist clients in an empathetic, persuasive and confident telephone manner
- Flexibility in working hours (some evenings expected)
**Experience**
- Telephone Sales background useful
- Foreign languages beneficial but not essential
**Benefits**

**Full Time 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday, shift pattern between 8am-8pm. Part Time Available**
**£22,500 basic plus **uncapped commission**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 37.5 per week
