**Food and Beverage Supervisor**
Assist the restaurant manager to coach, train and manage the food and beverage team to high standards of service delivery.
Flexible working pattern to run restaurant service periods and conference operations and availability to manage and oversee at all key service times with a professional, hands on approach.
To establish a highly motivated team taking ownership for Windows restaurant, executive lounge and conference operations.
To help drive reward and recognition initiatives throughout the department
To effectively manage the performance of the team through regular performance reviews, job chats and developments plans
To create a culture where customer service is key.
To effectively lead and develop a highly motivated team, maintaining agreed standards of product delivery.
To adopt a style of leadership which encompasses Carlton Hotels values, and inspires employees to make a positive contribution to the business.
Effective contribution to be made to the efficient planning and implementation of sales activities.
To contribute to the hotel sales strategy by driving corporate and local initiatives that make a difference.
To ensure business efficiency through the maximisation of IT systems e.g Lightspeed, Opera and Fourth Payroll system
Good organisational and team motivational skills
Proactive and positive attitude with good communication skills
Passion for a career within Food & Beverage
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Confident delivering results through the team
Excellent grooming standards
Demonstrated previous experience working in the Food & Beverage industry in a supervisory role or similar
