**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including bartenders, cooks, and servers, to ensure high standards of service.
- Oversee food production and presentation to maintain quality and consistency in line with our culinary standards.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant.
- Develop and implement training programmes for new staff members to enhance team performance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist in creating menus that reflect current trends while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
- Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution within a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
