We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Waiting List team within Ophthalmology (Hub 10) at the Eye Hospital, Hull Royal Infirmary.

As a Senior Administrator, you will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our patients.

The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads.

Our Senior Administrators within the Waiting List Team play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway. Our roles are varied and challenging and some of your day to day duties may include;
- Supervising, coaching and developing our Administrators
- Managing Theatre lists
- Tracking patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
- Management of our clinicians diaries and typing of clinical correspondence

With a starting salary of £22,816 per annum with increments throughout your service, a generous NHS pension scheme and a fantastic annual leave package (27 days annual leave plus bank holidays) and offer excellent opportunities to progress within clinical administration.

HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
