We currently have an opportunity for a Project Officer to join our Strategic Asset Management team for a 12-month fixed term secondment. To assist with the delivery of various improvement / maintenance works and arrange pre and post inspections to ensure that works are delivered to a high standard by our in-house team and external contractors.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Assist with the delivery of various improvement / maintenance works which include preparing works orders, specifications and drawings, as required.

Assist with the procurement and contract management relating to various improvement / maintenance projects.

Identify suitable properties using existing information from our in-house database

Liaising with Contractors and Tenants, arranging out post inspections and providing compliance performance data.

Relevant experience of working on planned works programmes or within a technical /property maintenance environment.

Excellent time management skills, including an ability to prioritise workload and meet agreed deadlines.

Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to identify, develop and deliver solutions to problems that are sensible, practical and proportionate to the risk.

Well organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to liaise with various audiences both in writing and verbally.

Good IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Experience of working with internal and external customers including other team members / departments to build positive relationships.

Able to work as part of a team and also able to work independently without the need for close supervision.
