We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Team Leader Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. This permanent position will be well suited to an individual that is looking for a potential career path in healthcare and gaining hands-experience in thriving and supportive environment. Pay is starting at £10.50 increasing to £11.10 on successful completion of probation period.

**Role Responsibilities**:
- In conjunction with the Clinical Care Manager, ensure that staff are familiar with work processes and systems for the delivery, recording and monitoring of day-to-day duties.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of non-clinical teams.
- To provide overall support inclusive of all teams on the designated site
- Assist and support the Clinical Care teams in their daily tasks and provide additional non-clinical training where necessary
- Identify training needs and arrange training programmes for members of the Clinical Care teams.
- Deal with patient complaints, only escalating where necessary
- To lead a cohesive supportive team providing all necessary support services for patients and clinical and non-clinical staff
- Ensure accurate recording of data to maximise practice income and income-generation opportunities
- Oversee the clinical appointment ledger overview ensuring appointments utilised sufficiently, as well as supporting the clinical rota team to organise room allocations (while taking into account Annual Leave, Sickness, Training Dates, meetings and appraisals)
- Oversee the day to day running of the Nursing Team to ensure a smooth service for the patients.
- Ensure all staff are working within the requirements of information sharing and data governance regulations
- Liaise with the management team to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place and updated as appropriate
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and team activities, and making suggestions on ways to develop and improve performance
- Participation in an annual performance review, including taking responsibility for keeping a record of personal and/or professional development
- Taking responsibility for own development, learning and performance and demonstrating skills and activities to others who are performing similar roles
- Work effectively with individuals in other agencies to meet patients’ needs
- Ensure staff Reviews and Appraisals are conducted in a timely manner
- Participate in audits and project work when required
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
- A professional telephone manner.High level of computer literacy.
- Previous experience using SystmOne.
- A flexible pro-active approach to work.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise task effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm in difficult situations.
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information maintaining confidentiality at all times.
