**What it’s like being an **IT Engineer Apprentice**

We’re looking for an Apprentice IT Engineer to deploy and manage our Products and Services. This is a mixed role, both Field Engineer, helpdesk, and workshop technician. If you’re excited by helping our end users get the best out of their tech, committedto delivering a great customer experience, our Service team is right for you. Additionally, you’ll provide installation, routine maintenance, and fault repair to a range of office technology products in and around the Yorkshire region.

**The Package**

- Starting salary of £4.81ph
- Workings hours are 33 hours per week (Early finish on Friday)

**How does the apprenticeship work?**

Over 18 months, you’ll devote 20% of your 37.5 hours of working time towards a Level 3 Information communication Technician apprenticeship. You’ll be trained by an expert tutor from Tiro as well as an experienced mentor at 360 Office, who together, willmake sure you develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits you’ll need to succeed in your career.
