MAIN PURPOSE

Supporting In Store Events Manager across all Event projects

Executing the required projects and events

The role is 50% events and 50% client treatment focused

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Events

Assist and execute the required projects over the contracted period

Support and assist the Event Manger in the execution of a series of monthly events

Coordinate, manage and organise client treatments for the required projects

Work closely with suppliers

Coordinating specific projects, suppliers, deadlines and schedules

Organise and manage invitation mail

Guest list Management

Administration

Arrange meetings, books meetings rooms, etc.

Work on PPP for the events proposals and post events reporting

Maintain filing system and office cupboards, and keeps all events team folders tidy and updated

Greeting guests and answering telephones

Updating the UK event calendar

Being aware of competitors events and updating the team

CANDIDATE PROFILE

**Education**:
University/Business school graduate

**Experience and skills**:
Relevant experience with events coordination

Luxury affinity and passion
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Able to work in a team and individually with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and ambitious, with a passion for events
- Positive outlook with an enthusiastic approach
- Results driven with a commitment to working to high standards and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm, diplomatic and composed
