Horizon Teachers is currently working with a warm and welcoming secondary school in Ealing seeking to appoint teaching assistants to join their special educational needs department.
**More specifically the school are looking for people who**:

- Have a passion for education and get a kick out of seeing students' progress with their learning journey
- Hold a degree or at least have some experience working with young people as a tutor, coach or learning support assistant
- Know about the various types of special needs in secondary education, from autism to dyslexia, English as a second language and Social Emotional Mental Health, experience is not essential, merely the will to learn as you go
- Have the patience, empathy and proactivity to help students progress
