**The Role**:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in accessing activities including hiking, swimming, horse riding, canal boating, dog walking, arts & crafts, music, drama and socialising with others.
- Support individuals to engage in social, recreational, and educational activities.
- Promote independence and encourage decision-making in all aspects of life.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with the people we support, their families, and other professionals.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Work in-line with care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

**About You**:
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others and making a difference. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, the following attributes are essential:

- Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training.

Pay: £25,467.00-£26,011.00 per year

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Work days:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
