?? Paying a salary circa £36,000 per annum

Our Customer and Owner Relations Manager (CORM) will be our latest crucial driving force in our ongoing success and direction in our Lyme Regis based brand, taking ownership of our customer services function from day one and having a crucial input in shapingour team

Showcasing your skills in budget management and successful managing small teams, you will be formulating and adhering to workplace standards and policies, as well as growing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain internalcapacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of this brand new position in our team, giving you the autonomy to manage staffing levels and to hire within the boundaries of the budget set for the year, autonomy to utilize retention budgets as requiredand management of the compensation budget, utilizing this where necessary within budgetary constraints.
