Corporate Services Assistant

We are currently seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our client’s team as a Corporate Services Assistant. This is a hybrid working role, with the option to work from home and come into the office. The position will be on a full-time basis, working 35 hours a week.
The Responsibilities of the Role include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation, and maintaining diaries for the exec team inc CEO
- Organising events and conferences, including preparing materials and booking venues.
- Producing various reports and presentations as required.
- Provide support to the exec team
- Manage the FM providers, complete H&S audits and ensure all updated as and when required
- Handling confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
The Minimum Requirements for the Role are:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- A proactive approach to work and able to use initiative.
- Comfortable working with confidential information.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
