Job Introduction
**We are looking to welcome a high motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Receptionist to the Rapport family in Glasgow.**
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

This is a full-time permanent role, 40 Hours per week, 8am - 5pm with occasional exceptions.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide seamless guest management on behalf of the clients, including the active welcome of all employees and guests into the building, hosting, and escorting of guests when required.
- To take ownership of the reception areas, checking standards of cleanliness and reporting all faults or issues promptly
- Meeting room and events management.
- Perform room checks, ensuring that high levels of cleanliness are achieved and that all rooms have the correct branded items
- Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner.
- Organising taxis, chauffeur services, flower deliveries and to handle the invoicing related to these.
- Acting on all requests that guests might have in an efficient, friendly, and timely manner.
- To work closely with all other service providers, contractors, and the corporate services team.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, and creating a 'one team' approach to delighting your guests
- Flexible and adaptable to providing ad hoc services as and when required
- Always acting according to Rapport and the client’s standards
- An up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude.
- Passionate about delivering great service and take responsibility for my contribution to the team.
- A customer focused team player who is recognized as patient, friendly, reliable, adaptable, flexible and takes pride in what they do.
- Someone with a desire to be part of a winning team, where you can truly make a difference.
- Previous Front of house experience within a luxury hotel environment, premium airlines or a corporate business environment is preferred.
