We are looking for a part-time Educator, who has experience of delivering education, as well as significant palliative care experience. Working closely with our Medical Director and Director of Nursing & Quality you will develop and deliver palliative and end of life education for colleagues working in health and social care settings across the South Lakes area.

You will inspire and enthuse colleagues to be part of a learning and development environment that is patient and family-centred. This will involve working in and with a range of health and care settings across the health and social care system. You will have an excellent understanding of the local health setting of primary, secondary, tertiary and additional providers such as care homes. Knowledge sharing and development of best practice will be key to ensure new ways of working as well as outstanding service and workforce development.
