Responsibilities Provide diagnosis, treatment, and palliative care for patients under the supervision of a physician; focus on symptom management and quality of life; assist families along their health care journeys with compassion; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; maintain documentation and regulatory compliance. Qualifications A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care. Education: Graduate of an accredited masters, post‑masters, or doctoral nursing program with formal preparation as a Nurse Practitioner. Licensure: Current unencumbered licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with designation as a Nurse Practitioner. Current prescriptive authority with full DEA privileges. Must achieve and maintain national certification in the Nurse Practitioner specialty. Experience: 2 years experience within the last 5 years in chronic disease management/long‑term care. Hospice and/or Palliative background preferred. Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80‑100 lbs. *Pay is determined by years of experience and location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
