**Sport4Kids - Senior General Manager Job Description** Sport4Kids UK is one of the leading sport and exercise providers for children in the UK. Our industry experts have spent years researching world class sports coaching methodology to create some of the most innovative programmes for children between the agesof 18 months to 11 years. S4K need enthusiastic, energetic and committed individuals to join our rapidly expanding team and begin their journey to become a highly sought after S4K Senior General Manager. Your role will involve; - Overseeing the delivery of the best child behaviour management strategies across all Service Lines - Safeguarding and Health and Safety responsibilities - Communicating and interact with parents; schools and Ofsted representatives - Managing the staff whilst they deliver services in schools and nurseries - Manage the operations of day-to-day coaching - Creating and developing effective and long lasting relationships with schools and nurseries - Observe and assess coaches and help them improve their skills. - Supervise management to support staff and run Operations - Help to identify gaps and needs in the children’s sports coaching market, and innovate in developing new products and services - Business Development and Sales - Management and maintenance of quality of delivery across business **The Role** We are looking for a talented individual to join our team. Individuals should have a keen interest in sport and child development, including physical and mental well-being. You will be responsible for the overall management of the business, including a squadof circa 25 coaches and two general managers; liaising with admin and marketing to promote success of business. We are looking for individuals who possess charisma, are articulate, well-presented and have a desire to be part of the fastest growing sports company in London You should be passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your weeks will be split between operational management of the business; coaching and building the business alongside the Principal for the area. Business building activities will include; building on and managing a team of coaches, selling S4K servicesinto local schools and nurseries, and supporting the growth of weekend venues and the Academy. You will be a valued member of the 'S4K Family’ ;contributing to the expansion of the S4K Way and the mission to revolutionise children’s care, physical and mental well-being. **Hours: 37.5 a week** **Location: North London** **Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience (plus bonuses)** **Duties will include**: - Ensuring all services delivered are fun, engaging and energetic sports sessions to children aged from 18 months to 11 years.
