6-12 month Contract. Home based working but successful applicant must reside within Commutable distance to Northamptonshire.

Pay rates - between £13.25 and £16.17 per hour ( weekly pay) (Depending on skills and experience) 37.5 hours per week (8.30 to 16.30) with 30 min lunch break. All IT Equipment will be provided.

This Quality Administration role is working for a global Engineering/Technical/ Manufacturing company and will involve the documenting, communicating, processing and resolution of Quality defects received by customers ,and be involved in the recovery ofcost of poor quality from suppliers. There will also be work involving document control and Quality Management System maintenance.

The role will involve working as part of the Quality Team of an Engineering company

Receiving customer complaints,

logging onto the system.

Identifying responsible persons

Communicating defect notices, following up on outstanding corrective actions, completing defect reports, feeding back to stakeholders / customers.

Document control, for example, identifying out of date documents on the database, contacting document owners and chasing for outstanding actions.

Although a Home based working role there will be regular zoom calls to review non-conformances with the team and across wider departments.

No formal qualifications are required but a Technical/ Engineering/ Quality Administration background would be highly beneficial

All canidates must live in commutable distsnce to Northamptonshire. Although a fully home based working role their will be requirements at times to attend their offices in the Northamptonshire area.
