**BDM Role - Rapidly Expanding SaaS Tech Start-Up**
**Base Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) + Commission + Benefits**

**Your responsibilities as an SDR include**:
- Generate new sales and revenue opportunities for the business
- Build and manage own pipeline from lead identification through to completed sale
- Maintain expert knowledge of full range of products and services
- Utilise a range of consultative sales methodologies to identify, nurture and close new business
- Attend events and product demonstrations to present the Wise platform and services
- Identify and attend networking events or opportunities
- Utilise all digital and social media channels for lead generation
- Maintain CRM data integrity to support business insight and change development projects
- Support marketing, onboarding, compliance and payments team through onboarding process of new accounts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales process, targets, KPIs and market feedback
- Utilise a consultative sales approach to develop relationships and influence external stakeholders
