**Job Role: Barista & Sandwich Artist**

Nord seeks a Barista & Sandwich Artist to join our team Craft coffee creations, build mouthwatering toasties, and share the warmth of our Swedish & Nordic treats. This role requires **barista experience, a deep understanding of coffee**, and a love for making sandwiches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and serving consistently high-quality hot drinks at speed, including mastering **latte art**, and helping to make fresh sandwiches in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring products are presented to a high standard, as we maintain **high standards as we grow**.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager and supervisors to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Ensuring that food and beverage operations are an integral part of the visitor experience that reflects our brand.
- Delivering exceptional **customer service** and high presentation standards that consistently exceed visitor expectations.
- Promoting and being responsible for health & safety and food safety.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience as a Barista in a **busy, fast-paced environment**.
- **Excellent customer service skills** and a **confident communicator**.
- A **team player** who can maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
- Able to work flexibly, including regular weekends and bank holidays, and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
