Out client is a leading IT solutions company based in North Bristol.
**_The role_**
They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their exceptional Customer Service team to provide general day to day administrative support. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase and sales orders to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation
- Creating accurate customer invoices
- Reconciling NIP sheets including advising the sales team of any inconsistencies or errors
- Ensuring deliveries are received on time and ensuring that customer communications are consistent, proactive, and undertaken in a timely manner
- Ensuring stock levels are accurate, and that stock can be identified efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring that credit card transactions are properly accounted, and purchase orders created accurately for purchase ledger activities
- Raising and reconciling customer credit notes as necessary
- Ensuring all processes are undertaken in accordance with ISO processes
- Identifying process organisational improvement methods and liaise with the Customer Excellence Manager for implementation
- Answering incoming calls and route to the appropriate recipient
- Managing courier booking and ensuring appropriate recording of transactions is undertaken
- Championing and delivering a culture of continuous improvement
- Delivering against the organisational values to hold colleagues to account and to promote the values through all ComputerWorld interactions
- Administering goods in and out processes including the movement of physical stock
**_Person Specification_**
- Administrative experience in a sales environment
- Experience of working within an IT service and good delivery organisation
- Accurate numeracy skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**_Salary_**
£25,000 plus benefits
